2. The service

Noctiv connects to your business mailbox, drafts replies from your knowledge base, follows up with customers who go quiet and keeps a list of leads. New accounts start in approval mode: nothing is sent without your approval until you turn on auto-send.

3. Trial and price

The first 14 days are free and need no card. After that the price is $99 per month per business, billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change.

4. Your responsibilities

• You have the right to connect the mailbox you connect.
• Your knowledge base is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for messages sent from your mailbox, including in auto-send mode.
• You follow the law towards your customers, including data protection law.
• You keep your login safe.

5. Acceptable use

No spam or unsolicited bulk e-mail, nothing unlawful, misleading or harmful, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no reselling without our written agreement.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice and data processing agreement. You can delete it at any time; when you cancel, we delete it on request.

7. AI drafts

Drafts are written automatically and can be wrong despite our checks. Our rules reduce that risk; they can't remove it. Review what you send.

8. Availability

We work to keep Noctiv running and announce planned maintenance, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost sales. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

10. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time; the next month isn't charged. We may suspend or end the service for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We e-mail you at least 30 days before a change that affects you.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Latvia.
